[Kirishima, for all his short time in Yuuei, has learned quite a lot of things. Many were silly and fun, about the joys of heroism and fights. Others were serious, the consequences of their powers and how they should use them. Some outright dangerous, like villain attacks and how it felt to be completely helpless. In Yuuei, he learned, there's never a dull day, and you should expect the unexpected.

That said, sometimes, he's still caught by surprise, especially at the oddest times.]

[Kirishima had wanted some way to help augment his tough skin, so he can sustain it for longer periods of time. It wasn't a big adjustment, he thought, so he wanted to see if perhaps there was a way that could be done with their teacher's help.

[Yes, he's so glad for that. Of course, now he wished he didn't put his boots on because it's all bunching up at the bottom of his pants, but that was of little consequence in comparison.
